I actually got this reset kit a couple Years ago and could never get it to work properly with either my Gen4 G26 OR G19, Even after watching this video, ensuring everything was followed to the letter. Not a total loss, since the Laser Ammo laser worked. When I saw you post this video, I figured I'd try to make the kit work again. My kit came with 2 rebound springs. I figured the 2nd spring was an spare, in case I lost one. When the kit refused to work properly, I tried installing the 2nd rebound spring behind the 1st on and guess what... Now it works properly!!

I use a Umarex Gen 4 Glock 17 with Green Gas - it has a LaserAmmo Recoil laser as well as a Mantis X - gun and laser were purchased at Laser Ammo. Hitting a Laser Ammo target while being graded by the Mantis is amazing and has made a huge difference at the range.

Thé MantisX is another great product. I often use it in dry fire training. I also utilize the LASRApp computer software system as well. It gives me feedback. I see where my shots have landed in the targets. I can save my training sessions and analyze my progress over time. And I can do all these things on my home kids present, wife present, safe, draw from holster concealed, no problem. Shot timer, magazine alert to change mags. I can set up Steel Challenge courses of rire in my garage or den. Utilise multiple cameras at the same time. I can vidéo myself as I draw and shoot. IDPA targets, steel targets, USPSA Targets. This system rocks.

A good system for dry firing. I only wish it had been available when the UK was allowed handguns. I used to sit at home on non-shooting club days dry firing. Watching the sites. Seeing which way I pulled the sights as I practised. I had a Sig-Hammerli P240 and very quickly broke the firing pin. Which was replaced under guarantee. The second firing pin never broke. I presume I could import a converted Glock into the UK as it is not possible to fire live ammunition in the Converted Pistol.
@mikeguderjohn91054 ай бұрын
When will you make one of these for the 43, 43X and 48? These small carry pistols could use this, IMO, more than the full sized frames for shooters wanting to practice with things like laser bullets and MantisX products. While I have a number of the larger frames, I'm not buying this for those until one is available for the 43.

I think changing the trigger completely obviates the point of dry firing. The point is to learn how the pistol's trigger behaves. I dry fire with a laser round. Only have to pull the slide back about an inch on Walther PPQ Q5. I shoot with both eyes open so the non-engaged eye sees the blip on the target I have hanging down the hall. I use a red dot.
