very true about new hires getting paid more an hour over a veteran employee that does amazing work. That is why good employees people stick around for like 2 to 3 years and move on. I have done it a few times. I have the opportunity to move to a different company doing the same work for 10 more an hour. The company I work for is talking about paying us closer to our pay cap calling it a market adjust. Now if they don't pay up, I'm out.
