Just got mine in the mail, loving it so far. One thing I will say is don't expect this to be sent quickly. I live in Canada. I originally ordered a Yellow one, and after waiting three weeks or a shipping confirmation, I contacted them. They told me the one I ordered was out of stock and they would ship me another color within two weeks. I chose the Red color, and waited 3 more weeks, only to contact them again. They didn't even ship it out because they were out of the stock of the one they told me I had ordered. After a 4 month wait, I got mine in the mail. I have contacted the manufacturer to tell them about their lack of communication with me. I love their product, but I will not be ordering another one after the experience I've gone through trying to get any sort of information about my order and shipping details.

Brian Mejia emulating the console isn't illegal but being able to play games is because you aren't actually paying Nintendo for the games that's where it gets illegal and this is the reason why you would never see an official version of retro pi with ROMs preloaded because the ROMs themselves are illegal

I remember being so freakin excited about Double Dragon coming out for the Nintendo because I'd actually be able to play it at home whenever I wanted (instead of having to pay everytime to play it at the arcade), that I got in trouble and grounded by my parents for calling the local video rental store (at 8 or 9 years old without even bothering to ask lol) the week before it was going to be released and getting them to hold a copy for me under my dad's name lol. It was totally worth it though because they still took me up and let me get it on the day it was released (my parents are awesome), and then they even let me have my friend spend the night (he was jealous as hell lol) so of course we got to stay up all night playing it. So anyway thanks for bringing back the awesome memories!

I mean, if you're already willing to violate copyright by playing ROMs that haven't been licensed to the manufacturer, you may as well just pick up a PSP for about the same price as this thing. You can put the entire NES, SNES, Game Boy, Atari 2600/5200/7800, Master System, Genesis, Game Gear, and Turbografx-16/PC Engine libraries on it, AND you'll have the added benefit of save states and other standard emulator features. If you're willing to spend a bit more, you could get a PSP Go and have the small form factor as well.
