Kind of...? No....? He was a character who stayed with them who was smug and science obsessed and looked down on the other sleestaks. But then he ditched them to them to rule over the skeestaks when their leader died. Basically the current sleestaks descended from a peaceful race that nearly destroyed itself, and they've essentially evolved into a more primitive and violent species. Enik, was from the ancient race but he fell into a wormhole.
