you can just swap the heal keybind to the dismiss keybind because your habit is probably to press the keybind to heal but you switched it to dismiss

I rarely play Reyna, but one thing that I often see Reyna player do is use the heal and then break the heal after only healed for around 20hp(even if they know they're safe to heal) . I don't know if it's intentional or not
