I know where I would go personally. I'm far more likely to see game time at the Emirates than Anfield. Arguably also the reason Rice even joined Arsenal instead of Man City in the first place. He was not starting in that City midfield 3/4 years ago, no way. A lot of LFC fans were ass up face down for him, I'd rather a Baliba, Caicedo or Tchuameni type midfielder.
