I love it 😍. But when the designers said the customer wanted a place for her guitar, and then there’s a shot of the guitar just leaning against the kitchen island/table, made me burst out laughing 🤣😂🤣😂. It sounded so pretentious 😂. Looks great anyway! 😁

Perfect. I appreciate that they left room for comfortable furniture, instead of a built in bench couch (which seems to be popular on this channel). I love the wood and blue tile kitchen area. Really efficient use of space. And a bed that you can get into from both sides! And storage space to boot. Beautifully designed and functional for full-time living.

At first I thought this was just another pleasant plain small space, but it's actually distinctive: it reflects what the owner needs. She works from home, so that is extra important. It also reflects the sensitivity of the designers. I love the bedroom/office combination--and how the BR is connected visually with the long glass panel so that the BR feels bigger than it is when you're lying in bed.

@@leonore3349 because its a very volatile profession. 99% of translators are freelancers, and there are months where you barely earn any money. That small flat must be very expensive, so unless she inherited it or somehow already paid for it in full, it's bold to live in such an expensive zone with a job like that, considering she could just move to a nice quiet town, pay almost nothing for her house and still work from home. That's what I did

@@residente44 I'm a translator too so I know what that's like. But I inherited some money, so that helps a lot obviously. I'm sure she made a decision that makes sense for her. There's no point in comparing her life to yours. It might not have been a bold move for her at all. That apartment is pretty small anyway.

Love it!!! This apartment is well above par for this channel!! The U-shaped kitchen is fantastic and I love how the counter doubles as a table!! It's great how the office is not in the bedroom and there's lots of storage throughout the apartment. My only critique is that I'd like to see more color but overall a beautiful design!! 🩶

I would have made the kitchen bigger by positioning the peninsula under the window where the car tree is. I would scrap the cat tree for a vertical one that is attracted to the walls with cat shelves, walk ways and little bridges - I would have a cat shelve extend across the upper section window to give kitty somewhere to sleep and nap that is above but not on the peninsula
