What to do when nothing is working. I'm tired of visualizing and affirming everyday for months and not see a single change. In the beginning I was a very positive person now I've turned into someone who feels so low. I don't know what is wrong and I don't have any money for coaching. Someone in the comments pls give me a solution

Meditate .. Stay off social media, Don't drink alcohol Eat clean Water fast Pray Spend time alone In nature... these things will help raise your frequency so you a more attuned to your higher self/ God. Ask for guidance

Also meditation fasting staying off social media etc... Will help you maintain an alpha brain wave frequency which is the frequencies we are in when we manifest easily. Beta brain waves which most people are in throughout the day.. we can't manifest in those.. most people are naturally in alpha in a morning and before sleep..

Maybe you are trying to hard. At some point you need to let go. You have asked and it will be given, but the Universe needs to organize the circumstances, the people, the events........ In the meantime keep an unwavering faith that it will come to fruition and do whatever you can to keep FEELING GOOD. Lots of things can help you with that....music, good food, friends, nature, a book, it doesn't matter what or how but NEVER give up. You are God, and therefore invincible. Hope this helps.

Accept the low energy. You have to accept where you are to get from point A to point B. You can't understand what constitutes a truly great meal (high energy) until you've had a truly bad meal (low energy). Instead of rejecting the low energy, and rejecting failure, embrace it and accept it. Failure is a great thing, out of it comes the seed of success if you look for it. The person who rejects low energy and rejects failure rejects the seed of success. Failure is merely feedback, low energy is feedback.

Try listening to the lectures in a more chronological order. Or listen to a full audiobook. It will be easier. Once you know what he's on about you can jump in any time.

It took time for me also. Stay with it, you don't need to understand it. The dots are trying to connect as your brain has activated. Beleive that you are above average to take in as much as you can without judging. Stay blessed, every path is blessed
