It's because you're a custom to the poorer quality audios that exist on YT. Some of these tape recordings are in rougher shape than others, which "slow down & pitch" Neville's voice lower. If you listen to Neville's voice on his records; which were professionally engineered; you'll hear that this recording of his voice is strikingly similar.

It could be a few reasons... 1) You've sown seeds in the past that have come to harvest. As Neville says, ""There is an interval of time for the planting of that seed and the sowing of that seed." 2) It could also be that you have a SC belief of unworthiness which can lead to self-sabotage.
