In this lecture Neville talks about how best to use your inner dialogue to live your best life. He talks about how our inner dialogue ends up being our outer world. Much of what you manifest into your life happens through your inner dialogue. We are always talking to ourselves in our heads, always appraising this or that, judging this or that with our inner dialogue. We spend so much time thinking about future scenarios and how they can go wrong, or how they have gone wrong in the past. Stop doing this! Stop Now! Pay attention to what you are doing with your inner dialogue. Stop yourself as soon as you find you're drifting into any inner dialogue that isn't entirely positive, that isn't exactly how you'd want it to appear in your life. Begin to take full control of your inner dialogue, use it to shape your experience exactly as you'd like it to be. Be impeccable with you word, as Don Miguel would say.
