In this lecture dated 1955, Neville explains that the world around you is the result of the conversation you're having with yourself. This conversation is your inner "self-talk" - a habit we all use daily. The way we choose to talk to ourself throughout the day determines the experience we have in the world.

pick an amount like 300 million. imagine him winning it. create a scene maybe of him cashing the ticket with the big check. imagine the same scene every night when falling to sleep. let that be the last thing you think about before drifting off to sleep. imagine the same scene as soon as you wake up. let it be the first thing you think about when you wake up. Do this everynight and morning until it happens.

I have found it most difficult to fall asleep in the imaginary scene, my mind would wonder off. I have tried this for many months and it's very annoying. So for solution, I have just discovered that it's a good idea to make an mp3 audio of the scene and play it as you go off to sleep. Neville described his own visions as though he was experiencing either Astral Projection or Lucid Dreaming.. So could be best time to do this 4 to 5 hours after you sleep, wake up and stay awake for 10 mins in the dark, then play the audio as you go back to sleep, you should get a good dream. Now, in the morning you can get one of those mp3 alarm clocks to wake yourself up with your scene playing.

@@RobbeyT1 its fine if you fall a sleep with it in mind -even if mid scene. the idea is to fall into sleep engaged w it and it is worked with in the dream world. also, different people think different ways. some people use primarily audio thought, like my self. I have manifested some amazing things by saying to myself "i can see ____ in mind, now. and i give thanks it is done in divine order." i really appreciate the lessons by neville, but my auditory thoughts have caused me to have more rapport w dr joeseph murphy's approach, which only differs in stress on mental conversations. i actually cause my self to get sleepy on purpose using some affirmation in a mental sleepy voice. something like hypnotists use. i have had some interesting experiences doing so.
