Bait Gone in SECONDS!! Giant Fish Feeding Frenzy!?!

I just want to apologise quickly! Some of you may have noticed while watching that a fish I caught went belly up after the release, I didn't notice this at the time! I wish I saw it and obviously I would've kept it for a feed! I feel really bad but I'm going to try and use this as a lesson going forward! I'm very inexperienced with deep water fishing and the baratrauma which comes with it, going forward I'm going to pay much more attention in the deeper waters and ensure a healhty release or else I'll take the fish home for a feed! I apologise that you all had to see that but I thought I'd keep it in to try and show what can happen if you don't correctly release a fish! Thanks, Nev

I spent most of this summer soaking livebaits off the headlands. Landed a couple kings, hooked onto a decent bronze whaler. Whenever that livie float goes down you know your onto something good. To be honest, I've had rat kings eat 35cm yakkas before, so no surprise on the live tailor being taken
