Is Reinforce aware that there are teams in the APAC region?

It's quite interesting to see 7 out of 12 NA teams and 3 out of 8 APAC teams in the top 10.

That's actually fairly balanced. Slightly over half of NA and slightly under half of APAC. Last season, almost all of APAC was above almost all of NA. Seeing how drastically worse Philly is doing in APAC than they were in NA is telling.

Choi can be easily argued best off tank in OW. He’s been consistently clutching out big wins for 3-4 years. Not to say he hasn’t received recognition. He definitely should be considered one of the best in any meta.
