225? You mean the same fire rate as the last word one of the best guns in the game? Also seeing how the hipfire takes 5 shots and they give you 5 shots on spawn I assume it's supposed to be used as a shotgun counter not as a primary weapon. Ads is for pve. Like glaives I think people just aren't used to having to lead their shots. It's not hit scan you gotta aim for where they will be not where they are.
