That kitchen swallows way too much of the living space for a home that small. The living room area is nearly useless.
@owieprone
@owieprone 4 жыл бұрын
My first thought too, absolutely no need for a kitchen that size. What an utter waste of living space. My kitchen is 1.5 cabinets deep by 2.5 wide, perfectly useable for a 2 bed flat. Should also add, in the UK we rarely have separate utility rooms (getting more common) but most houses/flats have the washing machine in the kitchen as well, i've moved mine to a cupboard (again unusual in UK), to get a better layout in the kitchen. Kitchen in this vid is huge, why is a washing/tumble combo not in there, rather than taking up valuable bathroom/bedroom space?

Lot of money, and they build them cheap as hell. I went my local dealer and told them I wanted a 28x80 double wide, with no finishes, just rough plumbing and electrical. After they told me they couldn't sell me a home like that. The salesman, asked why I wanted a home that way. I was like let's not bs each other, you build these cheap and I don't want cheap ass finishes. I can do my own drywall, hang my own cabinets, and put my own toilets, sinks, tubs in. I just wanted to skip the framing.

Make the kitchen 2 foot smaller,being bar back towards the refrigerator and make the livingroom two foot bigger, chop off the overhang on bar too. And don't be so cheap,build a closet around the washer and dryer with a shelf over them or beside them.those are two things you shouldn't have to look at..

We all have artistic hobbies that require lots of supplies. I sew, my husband does stained glass and metal jewelry, and my daughter draws and does painting. I would love to have a big open basement that’s finished so we could all have an area for our hobbies. We bought our place 12 years ago for $210,000. We live in Alaska.

You have to realize people that these prices are in Canadian currency. The majority of homes in Canada are more expensive than USA. This price is not too bad at all when most decent home prices start close To $ 300,000.00 and up. Our hourly wages are higher starting at $14.00 and up. I make more than that, so this price is very do-able for a mobile home.

The Canada Prefab Homes out of Collingwood are gorgeous, many sizes and yes you need to purchase a lot. but you don't get the cheap house trailer look of walls and ceilings. Get rid of that giant dining room table and put the chairs around the kitchen counter as barstool chairs or buy barstool chairs. Move the sofa to where the giant table use to be and get a small desk and put a large desktop computer on it and sitting on sofa watch tv shows on Tubi and put a electrical fireplace next to it in front of the window woahlah! You got nice walking space in living room. Because the way you got the furnitures arranged and got to big for it just cut the living room space drastically🤷🏽‍♂️

Cute. Hate the faux rock skirting. A white, siding-like skirting would be cute. Nice downsize size.

I don't like how the washer and dryer's in the hallway which it has some kind of cabinet with doors that close and not look at it the washer and dryer. Bedroom looks very tiny full size bed in it and have two nightstands . I like the bathroom it's not big but it's very nice and it set up for someone like me older only thing is can I get a walker through that doorway to the shower?

Back bedrooms are not well designed and it is way overpriced for a tiny house.

Too much floorspace given to the kitchen and not nearly enough floorspace for that narrow dining table or that too small living area. Where is the wall mounting for a TV?

They say your supposed to spend most of your time outside but, yes the home could be stretched to give more room we do also build wider up to 24 ft in 1 pc and stay short at 44 ft

Prairie Mobile Homes , its too cold in the winter to be spending lots of time outside. People want to stay warm, then. Summertime is a different story, obviously.

There are homes that cost that in my neighborhood and they are 4 bedroom 2 story on an acre lot with a much nicer layout and a huge backyard. . It looks very cheap from the front. It looks very manufactured. . They know it's way overpriced. That kind of house in the area where I live would cost perhaps 85 to 95000 that is a ridiculously high price.

Is it really legal in that state to sell a house with patio doors that doesn't have stairs or a walk-out? And what's with the entry stairs? They don't match the house at all? And I won't even get started on the price.
