Roof top is not included I did mention that in the video. I just heard back from the builder. Rooftop is an additional $14,000 which includes : - Stairs to the roof top - Aluminum handrail on roof top - 4x4 wooden pergola on roof top

The prices seem to be getting higher with every recent videos now. I will retire in 2025, by then these units will be in the 400k range.
