Nissan has taken its time with the second-generation Juke - but that doesn’t seem to have harmed sales. Despite a nine-year run, the previous version of this segment defining small SUV still left showrooms in big numbers right up to its demise - over 60,000 were sold globally last year, with well over a million finding homes since it launched in 2010.

Thank you for your video. I bought one for my daughter, she is picking it up tomorrow, same colour as this one, got to say I'm looking forward to having a go in it myself. A cracking looking car and it's interior is excellent, it's rivals, especially the puma aren't in the same league. Whatever you choose to drive, peace and love and enjoy your driving.

Thank you for the review Steve. What a road you are on, where is it?? Lovely smooth hotmix no bumps and no traffic, sweepers just perfect, and oh, to be tooling along in the Juke. My Ducati Multistrada would eat that road.

Had one of these for three years, traded it in recently. I agree with most of what's said, especially the performance on the open road/motorway. However, around town, unless you drive in sports mode, it is very easy to stall the car when pulling off - getting used to the 1.1 engine and relatively long gearing, compared to the previous model's 1.6, showed up the new car's problems at low speeds. With the latter, as soon as you were rolling in a traffic jam, or around town, you could shift to second and stay there. Not with the 1.1. Traffic jams and town driving become a series of up and down gear changes, which is tiring if you have to do it for an extended time. Other than that, I really liked the car, and now have the 1.6 hybrid model, which is much better to drive in urban areas and congested traffic.

I have 2019 Nissan qashqai just purchased before corona outbreak hate it 😂thinking about buying this yes it looks better then the juke but driving wise I found Manual qasqai a real pain to drive

´Excelente review one gets to know better the car and listening to the opinon from who knows about the matter is very important. Now, i have a question that probably has no interest for you but when your thinking about buying the car, even if its the last thing you think, has importance ...the colour. I normaly go for the black cars so normaly i dont have that problem...but this fuji sunset colour with the black top looks very very nice...the problem its that i probably wont have any chance to see it before a buy the car. So my question is...when you look at it directly does it seams like when you see i in a screen? idoes it look better...worst...compared for example with the BURGUNDY RED. im sorry for making you this question but it would be an important detail to ear about from who has seen it live. thank you.

There is no getting away that the new Nissan Juke is better than before but at least the old Juke gave people the choice of some engines. I took it for a test Drive last January, yes it was good around town but as soon as you go on to faster roads, it is hard to keep up with the traffic and when you are thrashing the engine, the economy is not good. Its not quick. Its not as clean as it could be especially when you compare it to the Toyota CH-R which has more power, less emissions, and the choice of switching between petrol and electric. I guarantee if Nissan brought out a new engine to the line up or carry over the 1.3 mild hybrid from the new Nissan Quasqai. They keep saying they are bringing out a hybrid but I haven't seen anything, they have been saying that for the last year, plenty of time to discuss something.

There are examples to improve your work. As an audience I think your videos can be much better. TopGear series and DougDeMuro are the examples.... You just do it from one sight: Driving experience... Showing around the car doesn't hurt!
