You guys should’ve reviewed the Rosso. I reviewed my 2022 F3 Rosso but I lack the polish of a large professional channel. I think the price point is too high without enough performance differences between the RR and Rosso for the average viewer to even be interested in looking at the RR. The stock Rosso is a beautiful simple, sleek, and aggressive aesthetic while still having more than enough road capabilities for the average rider to have plenty of fun with. I also see tons of comments about reliability and unless you own an MV, you really don’t have room to talk. The reliability of the Euro 4’s and up have been phenomenal. I own a 2021 Dragster RR and a 2022 F3 Rosso. Both I ride daily. Over 10k miles on the dragster, zero issues

Do not judge MV on when they first started the company 25 years ago then they had niggling electric problems , turn signal relays ect . NOW they are very reliable . and have been from say 2007/2008 on . ( i have superbike collection of all japanese and euro models . in fact euro superbikes have beaten japanese superbikes in all comparisons for 14 years strait . 1st 2nd and 3rd place ) This MV F3RR has phenominal handling razor sharp great fueling , smooth gearbox , think 600 on steroids lol. BUT you should be 6ft tall or under . its a 600cc sized bike .

I owned a 2017 F4RR. Too many mechanical and electrical issues. I was expecting a reliable motorcycle but very disappointed. My dealer dropped the MV brand from the show room. Issues I had with the motorcycle: electrical wiring issue which was fully replaced under warranty, oil leak from the crank where the sprocket is (even after dealer servicing it), gas tank deformation due to ethanol content in the US gasoline (replaced under warranty), engine overheating issue even with a better water impeller installed, vibrating mirror that was replaced under warranty, LCD dash that becomes dark & unreadable when the bike is parked under the sunlight for too longer. Issues with dealership: untrained mechanics due to high turnover, careless work (missing screws, missing fasteners, overtorquing causing damage to engine crankcase, missing clips, did not put the fairing back correctly after service), misdiagnosed problems causing even more expensive service. I’ve seen two other customers with Brutale 800 (MY 2017) whose engine was broken and replaced under warranty. The F4 or any MV bikes are motorcycle art for the living room literally. My F4 is the most expensive living room decor there is. I’m still holding onto it for my project bike and learning to service it myself. The F4 is a great motorcycle when it is working but my ownership has been plagued with too many unscheduled visit to the dealer. I will forever never consider buying another MV Agusta again. My Ducati is surprisingly a much more reliable bike from electrical and mechanical perspectives. Aftermarket parts are plentiful. Dealership experience has been very positive so far. Service work has been great also. Sorry MV Agusta, you are extremely beautiful to ride and to look at but I have no patience in dealing with many negative ownership experiences. YMMV.

Well, this bike is actually made for track riders, so this is the group the reviews are trying to address since they will be the ones to actually take the cash out of their pockets to buy this motorcycle... Do you see any BMW GS1200 reviews aimed for track riders?
@logangallagher70502 жыл бұрын
@@agniforma2340 don't be silly, it isn't really aimed at track riders is it, how many track riders you know that would splash 22k on an 800cc when there's much much better Japanese 1000's 5-6k cheaper, and less than 1% take sportbikes on track so it defo is aimed for the road.

@@agniforma2340 it's irrelevant if it's "made" for the track, are track riders going to buy it? Serious track rider I think not because of the cost of parts and reliability niggles, amateur track riders because of the cost of parts incase they come off. So as I said it's nice to see a road review.

@@logangallagher7050 I know of track riders and even some racers who use MVs, whether it's F3 or F4 (I live in Italy). I do not disagree that it's OK to see a road review and of course it won't hurt anybody. I'm just saying that your "wannabe Rossi" and this bike not being aimed for the track claim is ridiculous.

The funniest part is that the earlier first gen bikes had some quirks but were really reliable. The 1000cc bikes had overheating issues and some other issues but it was also largely good. It's the euro 3 triples that had many, many issues.

Hi Bob, great thoughts and humble opinion. I couldn’t help and think about comparing the to the Suzuki GSXR-750’s. As they still make them, yes they are very old school with not much in the way of updated electronics (none basically), which some will think this is either a positive or negative. However the power and torque figures are similar, just a much simpler machine with over 30 years of development. Plus they one were a platform of WSB’s. The best part is they are significantly cheaper. I’d be keen on your thoughts. Cheers, Marcus. 👍😎🇦🇺

Sounds like a F1
@pistonburner6448 Жыл бұрын
It really does and for very good reasons: -Modern F1s have turbo V6s -The MV Agusta has an inline triple which has the same sound characteristic as a V6 (a V6 is basically two triples next to each other, and two of the same sound very much like one). -They both rev to about the same (~12000rpm), which is important for the sound. -Both are similarly raw with lots of pure engine sounds which aren't damped on sports bikes like they are in road cars so they are very similar sounding to racing engines. -The MV Agusta is naturally aspirated but needs to have a muffler to reduce sound, but they can get away with a pretty mild muffler. The F1 doesn't have a muffler but it has a turbo which acts very much like a mild muffler with the end result being a very similar sound. -They also both rev at pretty much the same rate with the modern F1s having a bit more rotating mass than before, so they're a bit less extreme in that sense and the MV bikes approached from the opposite end with them having very little rotating mass for a road bike meaning they're very similar to modern F1s in that sense.
