I really appreciate this video and your honesty! The pans of a $60 palette should not fall out the first time you open it. NARS should replace it for you! All the being said, it is a beautiful palette with a great shade range. Very wearable!

I’ve had my eye on this palette. I love that each shade is unique. You’re not the first person I’ve heard of the pans falling out and that is disappointing for that price point.

Yeesh. I can't believe all those blushes fell out! So happy for u that nothing broke. So are they supposed to be glued in or magnetic? That's kinda sad that the highlighter is like nothing. 😅 Glad to know the blushes are good. I like thr application on diff parts of ur face! It lets us see the colors all next to each other so the camera can't auto adjust or btwn shots and tint them, or some slight change in lighting btwn shots can't happen. 🙏🏼 I have too many blushes 😅, so I'm gonna pass. I just got Em Cosmetics Faded Clementine and Persimmon. I like Faded Clementine more bc it builds up naturally. It seems like a slightly orange-tinted ver of Essence's Bespoke. Persimmon is more straight orange right out the gate and doesn't blend out at the edges as easily. Faded Clementine is unique to my collection, but I could substitute Persimmon w Beauty Bakerie's Hey Pumpkin, which is much smaller and more travel friendly. Per gram, I think Hey Pumpkin is more expensive and doesn't have some fancy ingredients, but I kinda hate how bulky the Em blushes are. You're def getting the worth of $35/blush bc they're huge.

Thank you! The first shade is definitely a blush on me. After building it up several times, I saw the pink hue. The pans appear to be glued, not magnetic. Em Cosmetics looks beautiful. That brand is definitely on my wishlist!💖

What you can do beautiful , is spray the brush with some setting spray and dab on the Nars highlighter so you get more pigment and glow , but I understand for that price , umm I’d be pretty disappointed 🫤 but anyways you look beautiful as always my friend , you rock it 😍😍🔥🔥🔥💗💗

awww, that reallllly sucks about the blush palette, but at least it’s fine and i’m 1000% POSITIVE that customer service will send you a replacement in 3 seconds flat, especially if anyone from their company just watched this video. you handled this like a boss. it’s a gorgeous palette. i’ve never tried anything from nars. this looks stunning though. 💖💖💖

I would be irritated if the shades fell out!! It’s so expensive it should be doing that. I look forward to what their response will be. Nars blushes aren’t always my favorite so it isn’t something that caught my eye.

At first I was impressed with customer service. They reached out to me very fast. Asked if I could send proof so they could further assist me. I sent a picture, then didn't hear back. I emailed customer service again. The exact same thing happened. Once I sent the picture, they never responded to me. At this point I'm so over it and want my money back.
