Nice video. I have a ‘23 Softail Standard and I’m keeping it stock. Love the look as is. That Memphis shade is great for sure. As for a 3.5 gallon tank-good to get off the bike and give the mind a break from concentration. Fatigue is real after a couple hours riding. I think my Softail is very comfortable to ride too. Great days ahead on your rides together.

Thank you! We are definitely enjoying it and riding together! We also make frequent stops just for the reasons you mentioned! Thanks for the feedback and ride safe!

I love mine (2020) also. 3.5 gallons is fine for me also-not a x-country tourer. I did put forward controls on the first week. I also could not see the upcharge for the street bob as a deal. 114CI vs 107CI is also a non factor since the 107 is a beast already-tons of usable power. I rode both and they felt the same to me-all power and torque. I also prefer the polished over blacked out. Just ordered a replacement horn-that horn should be ashamed of itself. I am digging that Memphis Shades quarter fairing, may have to look in to one of those. Happy trails you guys.

Thank you so much for the feedback and information on your bike. I agree with you and him on the power. I test ride the bikes( not to terrible hard) and couldn’t really tell a big difference between the two either. I think it’s a great bike and he will enjoy it for many years to come.

@@tacoontwo I'm on probably bike number 16 or 17. 3 hogs and 3 sporties and a bunch of Japanese bikes. Down to a sporty and the Softail and the Softail is my favorite of all. You guys did a nice review. Be safe out there.

I wish they kept the spokes on it to keep it different than the street bob.

I can agree with that. I do like the mags though but wish they were a little different to separate them from the street bob.
