@@TheRealRenn Huh? Sorry bud, I'm lost on that question. Is it for me or did you mean to reply to someone else etc?
@HondaProKevin Жыл бұрын
@@TheRealRenn Ahh, I gotcha. Quick question on that though. How does the content in the video I made seem secondary to a comment posted below the video with links? I could see it being irritating if I flooded the video itself with a ton of call-to-actions for you to visit said links and that ends up taking away from the video itself but that's not the case. I'm not trying to be rude in any of this, I'm just genuinely curious as to how any of my videos could seem secondary to any links I've posted, that help support more videos down the road. Plus, none of it is driving anyone to my merch - as I don't have any merch to try and sell. The links I do post are affiliate links, so if you were going to purchase something anyways, using my link doesn't cost you anything extra and you end up helping to support the future of the channel. All I'm trying to do is bring you guys information about the hobbies that myself and many others love. I'm not trying to sell you anything. Yes, I do have to post links to try and earn additional income but I try to do it in a way that doesn't take away from the content, which is why this comment is surprising to me as I have yet to see anyone else ever have an issue on this front. Appreciate your feedback though, it's always interesting to hear people's thoughts ;)

It would be great if they made this with a slightly larger engine. If it could keep up with a TW200 it would be perfect
@HondaProKevin Жыл бұрын
I'm with you there bud, it'd be interesting to see this with their 4 valve 160 engine - it'd be a little rocket ship and definitely wouldn't have a problem keeping up with the TW200. But then again, it'd be cool to see them toy around with the idea of building a variant with a slightly larger frame and a 250-300 engine while still keeping this "mini" spec in the lineup too. Similar to what they did with the Ruckus and Big Ruckus back in the day. Appreciate ya watching and hopping in the conversation too bud ;)
@chrisberry9653 Жыл бұрын
@HondaProKevin I wish they would put something slightly larger like a 160 in the grom and monkey. Something to help us chubby kids keep up with traffic a little easier on the hills around here lol.

The rebel 300 engine. Its basically a 250 thet conservatively bore put to 276cc and then they call it a 300 and its got a 6 speed i think. They could do a 125 and use soemthing like that call it a 250 maybe they can get the carry capacity of that one a little up. Wpuld be hetter at 55 60mph compared to the 125 which is gping to be great for 50 and below

Suggested changes: speedo should have gear possibly wider/brighter, they should just include an emergency gas tank in the back where the toolkit is. (In this way you could relocate the current tool kit vertically instead of horizontally right aside of it), the USB ports (should include a USBC and A with pd if possible... Also On and Off !!!) Those are the things that I consider a MUST. I consider this not just fun but it's also an investment for me a big one as funny as that might sound... The 150+ engine would allow for highway usage ! (Let's face it... You're not going to avoid the highway these days no matter what you end up on it ! I couldn't even take the thing home without going on the highway ?!?!?!? (And believe me I tried a LOT !!!) Come on Honda this is actually a safety issue/concern ❤ every upgrade I mentioned should be a minimal cost $100 or less and I'm sure you can triple whatever you're making on those items by tacking it to the price. Obviously we're willing to pay it 😉

At the very least make a model that uses the Monkey engine with the 5 speed manual tranny. They already have all the parts to do that. Another that thinks a larger engine perhaps up to 175cc would be cool and a hit but they would need to increase the fuel capacity as well to have a decent range with a thirstier engine. And the 125cc version as currently available could use a price adjustment to make the TOTAL OTD price be no more than $4000 U.S.D.
