I tend to get itchy on my nose while sleeping, which really disturbs my quality of sleeping

The resmed masks silicon comes apart from the polycarbonate frame. It happens with alcohol. From breath after a good night out. And never clean them with alcohol. So this is a good step.

I use the medium. With the grey cushion it’s a nasal pillow. The all silicon one that has the split cuts the bottom of my nose

One thing that stops me from using pillows and these style of mask is how they push your nose up. I do 8 - 12 cmh2o ramp. Bridge of the nose seal is more comfortable at higher pressure.

I settled on resmed N20 with mouth tape (which you need at that pressure IMHO). The resmed a F&P pillows live on a box. If you calculate the force of the pressure. Assume 2x1cm diameter disks of pressure one each nostril. Imagine force equivalent to the weight of 2 cylinders of H2O 12cm long and 2x1cm diameter. Imagine how heavy a bugger of that size would be and imagine gravity pushing it up your nose. Because a nasal mask covers your nose there is no pressure difference around the nostrils. So does not feel like your nose is being inflated. Pillows are convenient for low pressure.
