@@youngrickey4927 Higbee is great but he’s ancient. IMO, tight ends are the hardest prospects to evaluate but it’s hard to see Loveland failing, especially in LA.

I think the RBs in the mock you used went a lot lot later than they’ll actually go. TBH wouldn’t be shocked if Jeanty drafted before Tet or if 6+ RBs go first 2 rounds.

Wouldn't be surprised if no rbs go in the first round. Every team has bigger holes and with the rb depth why reach for one? The gap between rb1 and rb5 is so minimal imo, is jeanty way better than Henderson or judkins? I think 6 could go in round 2 so I don't disagree with your actually statement though.

Funny to me that Kaleb Johnson didn't even make Daniel Jeremiah's top 50 list Jeanty, Hampton, Judkins and Henderson were in his top 40 he also had, McMillan, Golden and Egbuka ahead of Burden too

I am guessing this is a SF draft. But everything prior to 1.06 should stand in a 1 QB set up. So I would get Jeanty, Tet, Burden, and then someone at RB at 1.12 (Ollie Gordon or Trey Henderson?). Then Loveland at 2.01 and hopefully I can trade up to late 2nd for my last pick (Royals or Ayomanor?). That would be amazing.

Only 5 rbs getting picked is surprising. I expect 8 or so to be picked in the first 2 rounds of most drafts. Makes sense based off the mock you used, I just don’t see it actually playing out that way.

yeah since it was only 3 rounds there werent very many. that 2nd round will be full of RBs when you have a 5 round mock

There's not a lot of separation in those RB. Teams might bypass a 2-3 round RB and get another position, knowing that there will still be similar RB talent later on.

12 team 1QB non-PPR IDP I have the 1.01 and 1.07. I'm going Jeanty with the 1.01, but I'm trying to build out a 6-deep tier that gets me one more top player. I'm not looking at the QBs, but I have Tet, Kaleb, Hampton, Burden, and Hunter so far... Henderson? Judkins? Somebody else? FWIW I have more need at RB than WR on my current team. Thanks!

Saints are negative in cap space and there is no bail out in 2025. Their earliest bail out is 2026 so I don’t think the saints are getting Darnold or anyone for that matter they’re punting this season away pretty knowingly.

3rd round Omarion over the two QBs? regardless of "talent" given the draft capital for each QB they have to be valued high. they will be starters day 1 and have the team build around them for a couple years at the minimum

⁠ do you have a first? If you have an early to mid in pocket I don’t think it’s terrible bc you can take an RB early and then backfill with the 2.05 for a Skattebo/Neal type. I think initially though I’d want that 3rd to be another 2 even if it’s in ‘26

Tet going at 4th overall is more than possible. There is no OL worth taking in the top 5. The top 2 guys probably won’t even play tackle in the NFL, so the position is devalued. Getting Maye weapons could be high on the list of Vrabel’s priorities. I remember how upset he was about losing AJB and could want to get his QB an alpha

I keep hearing that, Campbell has short arms and banks is to small, banks went up against 6 1st round edges not including 2025 guys and gave up zero sacks to them, only 4 sacks allowed in 43 games, hard to be much better than that. Top 5 talent fs and Campbell is just as good, both have been starting LT since day one on campus, Campbell having a mobile daniels his first 2 years made things alittle easy for him imo but still very good and proven, ewers on the other hand has horrendous picket awareness though banks is partially to blame for that cause nothing comes from his blind side so he gets alittle to comfortable at times

Worked with Hurts, didn't work with Levis 🤷 early 2nd round QBs are rare historically. Hurts and Levis are recent enough to look at as relevant examples. And thats just not enough data to say it's a good/bad move one way or another. In an SF league, may as well take the shot on the rushing upside.

i watched some of kaleb johnson’s tape and if he goes to the cowboys he will be crazy but i also feel as though he is extra landing spot dependent, he had such good blocking out of his oline that it makes me hesitate to draft him above henderson or judkins

Glad to see golden moving up, should be higher still, there is this channel, Just the tape, this dude has all catches and targets of these wr, like 6, Goldens is really nice, no drops except one close to the end, he catches everything and is a dynamic returner, burdens tape is the same as savion Williams, id actually prefer savion, ex qb that is 6'5 with great contested catches ability and a better runner imo, might be a second coming off taysom hill but burden is supremely overrated, everything is at the los or behind it, sure he gets missed on some long throws but so do the other wr's, tired of hearing about cook being bad when he was the qb of burdens "great" 2023 tape too, Cook rated higher than fifita and Missouri constantly put burden in motion to free him up and all most all of his touches are manufactured, it's not good tape, theo wease is a better wr prospect, burden is a glorified corley, might be harsh or hyperbole but he's not a 1st round talent imo, he really should of competed in an all star game
