So I'm loving how easy it is to slot a few harlequin in there. With both a Lelith leading a unit of wyches and a Solitaire to destroy key units from a silly range with blitz, I find I can play Drukhari almost as melee focused as I did in the previous edition.

The current detachment is great for old drukhari players with a massive army because it supports all 3 branches... But for newer players collecting anything other than a kabal is super expensive. Seems like gw just doesn't want to sell minis

I removed 3 squads of 2 talos because with the new fly rules they are not that good as it seems and i went full dark lances (32!!!!) and believe me you don't need cronos to regenerate pain token, you'll farm them. The Archon is with 10 Kabalite on foot, because on rider doesn't benefits from reroll wound and art of pain for pain token

I think transporting those Corsairs into battle with wracks would make a durable strike, possibly from out of a raider, soak the enemy in fire power, the wracks at least have a feel n pain against the raider if it explodes, thinking maybe try to keep those pain tokens as much as possible with the Cronos. Possibly slot a few wyches in for a specific purpose so that alliance of agony can happen

I would basically take out the duplicate units. And then see what is left, maybe drop the wyches and lelith sadly

Since the range had so many finecast kits be put "in rotation", I opted to try and convert all the finecast line while between 9th and 10th. Mandrakes made from Idoneth Deepkin, working on the archon's court. My fingers are crossed for a range refresh of all the drukhari stuck in finecast

Because they are longer range (helping the scourge stay out of the range of most units that want to overwatch ) I prefer darklances on both .

You have to try to use battle shock mechanics and then eliminate key characters.

Court, Mandrakes and other Drukhari Finecast Models have been made to order in the first quater of 2023. My wife got the missing models for her court and two units of mandrakes during that offer.

What do You think Skari about Wyches ? I think they have their place in our lists. Catch something that want to shoot , dont fight too good and just wait for enemy to try to fallback. I will try it on marines on saturday and we will see. And how about scourges ? Better play with full haywire or use dark lances to snipe from distance ?

I think they have their place. but their role has changed. They get the succubus or lelith into combat... and then the character does the damage.

@@SkaredCast Yeaaa they are trap for enemies because they can get fight first from Succub or Lelith. But most damage they can do if they just catch something expensive like Crisis suits. Dont kill them just catch them , hold them and let them fall back :D Same with termies sometimes enemy want to fallback and charge to get that fight first. And then 1-3 they just die. It's weird role but I think versus shooting armies they can be amazing

@@oli9720 Better not try that with Crisis Suits, they have the vehicle keyword and therefore are eligible to shoot into close combat with "Big guns never tire". They will wipe the Wych squad in one round of shooting, as the 4+ Invulnerable save on the Wyches only works in the fight phase an not in the shooting phase. But binding costly infantry or mounted squads is really doable with the threat of loosing models on retreat. My girlfriend bound my bike squad and took it out in close combat, alas it felt like a pillow fight on both sides and took around three turns but i never wanted to retreat out of fear of my dice.
