Garp is a killing machine his damage is insanely high, and with proper medals he can almost spam his skills literally destroying everything in his path, but he's a glass cannon most of times he gets one shotted without his shilde especially at lvl 80,and he doesn't ignore 1HB trait so characters like yamato can be really effective against him. But overall i would say with proper use he's a monster
