Stunning! I could get used to living in Sandy Springs after residing in Marietta for over a decade. I love the amount of beds and baths, as well as the light colored wood. The bright, airy, open floors concept is gorgeous.

For as big a house as it is, the closets are minuscule! I would have done with less bedrooms and much bigger walk in closets. The only exception was the basement. I could live there and have a recording/performance space. Not too crazy about the modern facade of the house either.

Nice home 🏡 love the window 🪟 panes my fav color 🖤. This style home is for a younger family. So, you can find homes between $450 to $650k but with the inventory still being low, you have to be prepared to make a strong offer when you find a home you like.
