Looks like there is a mistake with Geb flak 38 I would say it should be Fs. flak 38, same as in 3rd Fallschirmjager. There are no other Gebirgsjager units in the division soo only geb. flak looks out of place.

No actually it's pretty historically accurate there is a few example of gerbischjager artillery guns on battery in the 91st luftlande sector

Only 1 card of radio 120mm mortars? :( 3rd vdv is epic because i can put 1 card in A phase and thats 3, which is plenty, or it im feeling spammy, i can take 1 in A, 2 in B. 4 rpm is good (standard) for a 150mm gun, only Romanian and Hungarian ones have 5 rpm. But are you sure about increasing the dispersion with leaders? I tried it out in skirmish, put the howitzers close to each other and shot the same spot, target circles of vet 2 and vet 0 were the same size...

Specifically the artillery leader will reduce dispersion of nearby tube artillery.
