@@My2Scents At first it hits a little like Deviant in the opening but quickly mellows out into a very refined and polished fragrance unlike Deviant that stays very strong and in your face the whole time. I can smell a bit of ATH DNA but still very different from his usual fragrances which I really enjoy as well. I don't know that this one is a ball sprayer as Cubaknow would say I think it's more of a gentleman's frag once it hits drydown.

Cuba is the man. At first, I thought he was kind of a doucher. But then I watched more of his videos and he has become one of my favorites. Aside from Ash from GS, he's my go to guy. I will blind buy what Cuba says because we are simpatico when it comes to fragrances. I mean he's been right 100% of the time. Now, I have only been watching you for a couple of months , so give it time. And I know your philosophy on blind buys. With some of the more expensive ones, I will but a 10ml before big buy....most of the time. Anyway, speaking of ATH: I love his knowledge, but he's trashed some of my favorites and he is a little negative. He also has a shelf life of about 5 mins whereas after that, he starts to get on my nerves a little. Sorry for the rant, keep on killing it. Lovin your shtick!

@Michael Lefke I find KZbin to be a sea of fake positivity when it comes to reviews. Either reviewers simply don't cover fragrances/products that they don't like, or they like absolutely everything (because they want free stuff?) Anyway, I enjoy ATH's honesty, and so what if he trashes my favourite fragrance? I still love it, so that's that :) Agree about Cuba - he has a good nose. Brian does too.

ATH will generally tell you if a fragrance is well put together and if it is worth the asking price. It's his personal opinion on whether or not he enjoys the fragrance and everyone should be able to voice their opinion. I find most of the ones he enjoys are too my liking as well but I also have some that he is not a huge fan of. I like his work and I like his videos that breakdown fragrances in a more technical manner then other content creators.

I own deviant and ambre extreme, and to me it smells like smoulder is like a blend of these 2. I really like smoulder. Less smoke than deviant. Great fragrance

Thanks Michael! Okay so I used to own the pour Homme when it first came out and I absolutely loved it! I actually got it cause it was my best friends signature scent. In fact he still wears it. Now that it's been reformulated it's not the same Pour Homme that it used to be. It's still good, but not the same. A lot of people will say that the intenso is similar to the OG but I disagree. The OG from 94 was loaded with bright citrus, gorgeous lavender & bright spices. Now everything's been toned down to please the masses. It's still good just not the PH I remember.

@@My2Scents Thanks for giving me your opinion. I recently discovered it that is why I thought I could ask you. To me it smells very calming and I totally get your friend which is using it as his signature scent. Sadly I didn't know the 94 version- too young for it but still 'old' (25). However, I can smell the similarities between the intenso and the EdT, but I prefer the EdT. I also think it suits more occassions then the intenso.

Had to order from ATH website. Received it Saturday. Picked up 10ml of Slut, Boss Basterd, Alpha Male as well. Smoulder was interesting to me. Reminded me of the vibe I used to get from Fahrenheit. It didn’t smell like it exactly, but made me feel like I was wearing a more modern, niche level Fahrenheit- until the deep sweet dry down. I enjoyed it. Anyone else get that?
