NEW Abstract Acrylic Painting Demo - Shadow Triangle - Satisfying Art - How to paint easy
Hi guys, I just had to make another abstract acrylic painting in these color shades. But since this was a square canvas, I felt something was lacking. And also I am in an experiment mode, so I decided to create a triangle in the design with some darker shading. Yes, I am very happy with this!! It's pulling me to the centre and everytime I see new things in it. Hope you love this one too. Let me know in the comments.
I am using here winsor & newton Galleria acrylic paint, a catalyst wedge, palet knife, flat brushes and squeeze bottles.

I am an abstract painting addict, without a doubt. Playing with colors, testing out new art techniques, brands, sizes & collaborating with other abstract (fluid) artists; is the best. The fun thing about acrylic abstract painting is, that even though you do exactly the same, the outcome is different everytime. Also everybody has a different view of composition, colorcombinations and the way of doing a technique, what makes and keeps it so interesting to watch. I wasn’t sure how much of a difference it would make while you were adding the shadow. But after you removed the tape... wow. Subtle but it definitely added more depth. Great addition, love it!

I really love this one. I can't wait until you talk about your equipment; brushes, pallet knife and most of all the tool you're using to make the varied ribbons to drag the paint. Oh. and the type of bottles to blow squirt etc the paint. It all looks SO fun! I'd like to try it! I'm so glad to see another way to use acrylics than just pouring. I'm drawn to abstract methods of watercolor also. Triangle or no? I like it both ways. You left it off the last one and it really was fine too.

I love the triangle. It perfectly frames the softer aspects of the painting, playing the curves against the harder constructionist lines. It brings balance to the whole piece.

That has amazing movement and dimension .The triangle gives the painting in the middle somewhere to go.Its as though it is hovering,deciding whether to go through the triangle.Its alive.Love it very much Rinska

Ordinarily I don’t like abstract art but this piece is so soft and beautifully attractive to the eye. I don’t think the triangle was needed though. It kinda detracts from the design, which draws your eye and then sucks you in! I could look at that every day!! Love it!

The added triangle really does focus your attention to the center of the piece. Makes the sourounding canvas not obligated to have lots of action. Without the triangle i think it gets lost on the larger canvas. Gives a finished feeling to it. Lovely to say the least.
