I've said that for years, I don't watch these for the music. The sound of the equipment tells you a story in itself. I hate those video's that cover up the machine's sounds. Good work Chris, you stand tall both in your work and video's.

Ever bid a job and then lose it to someone else. Later, after the job is completed, the customer wants you to come in and fix it the way you told them it would be in the first place! I have been "too busy" to do a number of those jobs. They don't seem to understand why the total cost now exceeds your original bid for the job. Don't understand the additional cost of undoing the other guys work before you can finish it correctly.

Typical government process. Hire the low bidder without ever looking at prior jobs they have done. I'm sure he was paid and now the government has to hire and pay another contractor to clean up the mess and do the job right.

@@r.n.6515Yup, I'm on the second set, broke two of them off while digging out rocks on the veterinary hospital pond job. I since installed air ride, cup holder, lumbar support, head support and a grease nipple on the chair swivel. I'm running on 5 nylon casters, it tracks pretty good, great for travelling the hallway in reverse.

I have had a lot of experience with skid steers in the "old days'. Aren't you glad that you don't have to use a wheeled machine with metal tracks over the rubber? Why would anyone want a wheeled machine today. You are an excellent operator. You do something productive both going forward and in reverse. Never a wasted moment. Thanks for entertaining me.

@@jcadult101 For what it's worth, the only equipment I'm 100% certain Chris owns is the 220 with the quick coupler, the one Takeuchi (though telling them apart was a crap shoot until just recently) that motor grader, the Deere backhoe and the Ford tractors at his farm. Everything else, the 250, the other 220, both 160s, that other Takeuchi, the roller, the grader and the haul truck all belong to his uncle's company. The only ones I'm not sure about are the Yanmar mini excavators.

These buildings were probably built in the 1920’s to late 30s. They look similar in style to the Eastern State Hospital in VA which was started in the early 1900s. Love the brick! Was this by chance some maintenance buildings from a college or sanitarium?

We had water pooling in front of garage door years ago during heavy rains, I hired a contractor to dig out a 3ft deep channel along driveway and then fill it 3/4 way with gravel and then cover with topsoil, stopped water from pooling up near garage door. Where it go nobody knows.

Those welds are in pretty deep to show through the bucket. Hopefully the cutting edge didn't get welded to the bucket if it ever needs to be replaced.

Not sure if it is supposed to look like this, but the right track on the skid steer looked a little loose on those left spins to haul the soil/grass to the pile. I could clearly see the small bit of sag in it near the top reap sprocket.

I think I'd be tempted to dig out a good sized french drain across that rollup door; if it would do anything. That whole lot almost seems like it drains into that bldg; but sometimes it can be deceiving looking at it thru a video lens. Wouldn't cost much.

I think you should put a logo or stripe around the boom or stick of your equipment so we can tell when your using your own machines and your uncle's 😂. The 220s are easy to tell apart by the buckets but skidsteers not so much.
