I would take the vinyl off of the pillars on the door. I did it on mine and it looks so clean. Super easy to do and it makes a big difference

I don’t understand why LineX doesn’t spray the tailgate jamb. They refer to a full spay as a “contractors cut”. This is where they spray the bottom of the tailgate and the portion of the bed that faces the bottom of the tailgate when the gate is in the down position. I scratched this area the first time I used the bed after having it applied. My hand truck’s small caster dropped in to the jamb and heavily scratched both sides. After inquiring about this... the installer said “oh, you wanted the contractors cut”.... well, yeah... but, it was never suggested or offered.

I love it, however I won't be getting one for the first year/iteration. Rumors are already circulating about it getting a much beefier engine a year or two down the road. =] Maybe then. How about you? What do you think of it?

Untamed Motors They look awesome, both the 2 door and 4 door. That Sasquatch package looks meaty too. I reserved a 4 door Big Bend model a week after reservations opened up. I’ll probably end up going with the Black Diamond model instead though. You’re probably right on waiting until the 2022 model but I’m just too impatient haha.

Question...I notice that the normal 2500 has the shorter seat for the middle person in the back. Why is that? Seems like the back in the 2500 is smaller than the 1500. You have a nice bench across in the back. Is that only bc it's the mega cab?

Nice your doing all these mods for the next owner..🤣🤣. Joking.. but i mean.. maybe not. Lol. My dd has the same bed cover on his ram. After a while seals leak. I dont like that it blocks the back window folded up. Also annoying anytime you open the tailgate you got to then pick up the tonneau cover to close the tailgate so you don't crush the weather strip in the back pretty stupid design gets annoying after a while when you're in and out of the bed of your truck.
