If only they would be available for Campagnolo cassettes! I have excellent experience with DT Swiss, but now I had to shop otherwise. What a pity that DT Swiss more or less gave up Campa riders.

Hi @asmaco1, I am sorry to read your comment. For us, the widest compatibility for DT Swiss wheels is very important. Thus, we offer the conversion to the relevant drive train standards incl. Campagnolo 11/12 Sp. & N3W, SRAM XDR, Shimano HG 11/12 Sp plus new GRX 12 Sp groups which require the Shimano MS freehub body. To dig deeper into the conversion of a wheel, simply go to the product detail page, select the product and then the drop down support. On the support website click on the tac "conversion". There, you will find the various conversion kits offered by DT Swiss to achieve the max. compatibility. E.g. www.dtswiss.com/en/support/product-support?matnr=WAR1600NIDISA20784. @@dtswiss Thank You for Your helpful reply. I missed that extensive conversion section. But was it really available maybe half a year ago? I searched for this conversion info, but I was not successful. The online shops offered some rotors, but it was not clear to me whether it was the right one for N3W or only for older cassettes. Local retailers were also not happy with this, because they said it's a lot of work for them and if they only order one rotor they earn nothing. So my question is, why doesn't DT Swiss or the wholesaler offer a commissioning service? Delivery might take some days more, but that would be fine (one doesn;t buy a new wheel set as an emergency).

No matter of the freehub system, we are offering the conversion to other drive train groups as soon a group is released - even with rising complexity of the groups in the market. N3W freehub body kits are available for all current freehub body systems incl. Ratchet HWYABL00S2992S , Ratchet LN HWYABM00S0692S and Ratchet EXP HWYABL00S2993S.
