Hey Jackson it’s so good to see you doing well. I like the homes you show but have always wondered about ownership rights in that country. Can you explain what ownership means in Rwanda compares to places like Tanzania and Ghana? Is it some form of lease or do you have 50 years or do you need a business? How easy is it to acquire documentation without fraudulent behavior from companies? The next thing I wonder is about land space to plant foods on the property. The homes seem so isolated with no land just concrete for parking cars. Can you (if it’s available) show homes with property attached? Thanks for all your hard work and time. Blessings.
