Minshew had a better rookie year in the NFL than did AOC. Also, Minshew had a better College Football career than AOC. Gardner is the better Quarterback.

Minshew Superbowl! I have seen Minshew play and he is very smart and famous for 8-10 minute drives. I thought General Manager makes the final decision. Minshew is a team player and gets the whole team involved. The 2 tight ends don't have any say? Minshew is not a good practice player. Minshew barely made the Jacksonville team his rookie year and then first game against Kansas City he was 22-25 and coaches didn't know where that performance came from?

AOC. I’ve had a feeling about this guy for a while. If you watch some of his tape he makes some great passes. He’s just going to get better. He works hard. I think the reason they are having a bad training camp, is because they’re practicing against probably the best defense in the NFL. If they were doing well, I’d be a little worried..

I seriously think it’s gonna be Anthony Brown Jr after preseason and they’re keeping him under the radar until he starts in preseason and surprises everybody with his skillset. He’ll be taking most of the preseason snaps anyway, plus he has a year up on AOC. Anthony Brown Jr just has that twitch and he’s already ran this style of offense with the Ravens and he’ll be the first to have live in game reps with Brock Bowers and the rookie receivers

When did Getsy “run” the offense at Green Bay? Never! For the most part he was QB coach, never the OC. As Bears OC for just one year, he “ran” their offense. How’d that work out? His unproven track record as an OC by far makes him the Raiders biggest offensive question mark for the upcoming season. Dude has never held the same job for more than two consecutive years throughout his “charmed” coaching career where one-year stints were his norm.
