I just bought this shit but dont see it anywhere on my standalone unit ....where is it after you buy it?, I keep coming back watching you use it in standalone but I dont see it anywhere , my inmusic account is connected and I have everything else no problem

I had the same problem. I had to log out of my InMusic account on both the computer and both of my MPCs and once I logged back in, it was available.

@THEREALTWISTEDINSANE Can you see it in your "InMusic Software Center" app on your computer? If so, then eventually, it SHOULD show up in standalone. Also, did you try pressing the "refresh" button?

Try logging in and out of your InMusic account on your MPC and it should eventually show up. I had to do the same thing to get it to install on my X and Key 61.

What’s the difference between the Air Soft Clipper and the soft clipper that comes with the MPC?

are you talking about the Diode Clip? If so the Diode Clip adds a little bit of harmonic distortion by selected frequency ranges. The Soft Clipper is more of a hard overdrive limiter. Crazy on drums and 808s.

@@TrizzyTreyProductions7 Oh ok. That is basically the same thing but way less control. The only two settings it has is Soft Clip and Hard Clip. You can use this to really push if you wanted.

​@@kenny-vk5ry That's true.Everything I do is mostly MPC based. I own five of them at the moment. I do use other equipment and software but I tend to make content around the MPC stuff my audience wants to see. I am definitely NOT on any Akai payroll. I probably should be. Akai has not sent me any free gear or anything like that as of this comment. I don't know what the future holds.
