Great content! I just wanted to ask if you used your phone during the upgrade? Also did you leave your phone with the screen on during that time? Does the airpods need be connected to upgrade? 6hours seems to be a long time for an upgrade

Hi..I have the firmware as 6.8.8... is it possible to upgrade..left AirPods disconnects from Bluetooth in 5 secs.. worst ever problem. Need help!!

hello 1. first update your iPhone on latest iOS 2. go to settings and there in general you will find reset if you scroll down and in reset ➡️ click reset network settings 3. now reboot your AirPods disconnect and forget in Bluetooth and by holding the button on charging case restart AirPods 4. now try connecting it

Put the AirPods inside their case, shut the lid and wait about 15 seconds. Now open the lid and press and hold the setup button on the back of the case. Wait for the light to flash amber and then white. Your AirPods will now have reset (this works even if they aren't your AirPods).
