Awesome, gotta get over to see the new overlook soon. Looks like the new runway they are putting in will be just as close as the old one was to the old overlook, says it should be done by 2027

Only one runway is being built for a total of 4 parallel runways. This will enable the airport to have 2 departing and 2 arriving runways.

You just cannot see anything it's too way too far and the cars are messing up the view. 😔😔😔😔😔😔

I was hoping I was looking at it wrong. If the overlook is so nice, why are cars parking on the road for a better view?

The old lookout was more personable. You can sit in your car and watch planes go off real close. The new one was disappointing. There is no shades whatsoever. It was not ready to be open.

I definitely agree about the shading. It would be nice to have them plant trees as well. They should have waited for all the landscaping to be completed for sure.
