I'm really curious how these bugs even happen. Especially th ult one. I remember ult being bugged THE SAME FUCKING WAY at season 13, checked the patchnotes and yeah - 13.13 fixed it. Now it's back with a passive funtime twist. And they didnt even change the vision like wtf?

I think visionis bugged in General. Smolder e also does not give vision at it is supposed to and vision in base with destroyed inhibs ist fuckd aswell

according to what he's said in stream: items: statik shiv, collector, crit pen/IE, finish the other (crit pen item / IE), rapid fire cannon, swifties or plated steelcaps if they have auto dmg/fed adc. runes: PTA, Presence of mind, legend alacrity, cut down, with either: shield bash, bone plating, overgrowth.
