Aww yes of course! I believe it was… 1/2 C. Old Fashioned Oats 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds Cinnamon ~ 1 Tbsp Almond Butter Half banana 1 C. Unsweetened Almond milk ~ 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds 💜💜💜
