There are only 2 of us and I feel like I can go 2-3 days between running my dishwasher! My suegra taught me to put 2-3 tablespoons of sofrito in my frijoles. I also put some chorizo and bacon in them sometimes. Soo good!

We are a Mexican family. Beans and rice are in pretty much every meal. My secret for my beans are just cleaning them very well and put them in the slow cooker over night. it cooks them perfectly.

I love the Basil smell as well if you like it you should definitely tey the basil room spray oh my goodness that smells amazing and when you soray your bedding or just rooms in general when you walk back to that room 20 minutes later you can still smell the basil scent give it a try .Happy vlogging xoxox

For the frijoles, I let them cook in low heat... so as soon as the water boils I drop clean beans and cook them in low... they can take about 3 to 4 hours but omg I can taste the difference like that 🙌🏻

My mom’s Frijoles Recipe: First cook them overnight in a slow cooker/crockpot along with the garlic and salt and then the following morning transfer the frijoles into it’s designated frijoles pot and add fried onion and cilantro or what ever stuff you like to add to your frijoles and put it to cook on your stove until it comes to a boil aand let it boil for a little while 👌👌 best frijoles in the whole wide world😊

I chop onions, bell pepper, and tomatoes small, I mince some garlic add chicken stock and cook my beans in my slow cooker. when they are done I will take a cup of beans and blend them down in the blender and add back to the pot for a soupy texture. Delicious. I need to go work on my planner.
