Excellent video as always Void! just had a quick thought/idea, would be a nice touch if on the later days when harvesting is on the tripods agenda, that groups of pods would try to "box" the player/npcs in a area by torching around the player/npcs creating a sort of flame trap so then the harvesters can waltz in and pick up the grouped humans, similar to how they boxed in the refugees at the Ferry scene with pods at different sides of the Hudson river

Hello, there is one thing that you missed the probe can be destroyed by an axe or even a gun. And the tripod can also see you if you go outside front of the tripod while it's probing it still can see you. Thank you for reading and have a great day:)

I've heard no more than $30, but I'm thinking it shouldn't even be that much. ~$15-20 perhaps, unless the game proves to be really well built out beyond what we've seen so far. Sons of The Forest is a full fledged, open world, survival horror, multiplayer game with lots of mechanics and a storyline made by a team of 9, and that was $30. So I think that's a great gauge for market value.

14:51 this is unity engine right? That happens when a light source is set to no shadows, so it could be a simple quality setting or the quality settings for light sources aren't implemented fully yet. Could also be that the roof of that building isn't set to cast shadows by mistake

Im worried they are using the 2005 tripods as bait for the people who dont know anything out side of the spielberg movie. I feel like they know how slim the chances of the liscence is considering how shitty the BIG companies are nowadays. There was a time when I would have considered this take. It was about a year ago when they were planning to release before any backups existed. Talk of the licensing issue hasn’t been ignored or censored, but conversely an ongoing topic of discussion in the community for years. It seems they’ve taken the steps necessary to address it and ensure the continued development of their game even if we lose the 05s. And I agree with you, I love their 23s a little more.
