Premier Protein also comes in a powder, so you can mix it with milk fruit etc. for smoothies. To me the powder tastes much fresher than the boxes. I really enjoy your videos, thank you so much!

That visor is adorable on you! I think I am inspired to get one just because of how good it looks on you. I, also, don't like the sun on my face and I usually where a regular hat, but I love the thought of being able to put my hair up higher, in a bun and just having the top of my head open to let out some of the heat! Hi. I really like the color of your sun visor. It looks like it’s a grey/cream mix. I’ve looked and can’t find it anywhere. Ohhh I love this! Lemon water was my craving with my baby boy, too! And I always wanted it from a certain cup, as well! How I haven't got a Yeti yet, I just don't know, but I think I'll be jumping on that band wagon soon. Amazon is also my fave. How did new moms survive without it before?! Chauntihanna Fawaz you can drink coffee with no Splenda and no cream but you can use heavy whipping cream and stevia. It's because of heavy whipping cream has the fats that we need in it it's all working out so I drink coffee all day
