Yeah in Race you can't have more than one of the same development, and all planets are unique. Jump Drive is the opposite in that regard, with the exception being you can only have one Survey Team or Trade Pact. I had a hard time finding the rule in that sheet but when I did I took a highlighter to it because I kept forgetting. Cool playthrough!
