(NEW AND UPDATED) Bloodied V.A.T.S. Plasma Caster Build!!!

Good beginner build however some things can be improved if you have the available points. Here is my bloodied power armor heavy crit build which is also amazing for doing solo raids/boss fights. Yes you can do raids with this bloodied build just fine. Personal I use Gatling Plasma as my main weapon, and in VATS also. It just melts bosses. I killed the snake in about a minute or so, using a B/25FFR/50DUR GP, while wearing a set of Overeater's T-51B with 5% action point refresh on each piece. Third star don't matter so much. But go for sentinel if you can get the mod for it. Legendary Perk Cards: RANK 4 - Perception, Endurance, Agility, Intelligence, Luck, Strength SPECIAL POINTS distribution: S: 10 P: 1 E: 8 C: 9 I: 9 A: 9 L: 10 Strength cards: lvl 3 Traveling Pharmacy(optional); lvl 3 Expert/Master/Heavy Gunner, lvl 3 Blocker Perception cards: lvl 3 Concentrated Fire; lvl 3 Glowsight(optional) Endurance cards: lvl 2 Lifegiver; lvl 3 Chem Fiend; Natural Resistance; lvl 4 Bullet Shield; Fireproof; Radicool; Starched Genes Charisma cards: lvl 2 Field Surgeon(a must for raids); Strange in Numbers; lvl 3 Suppresor; lvl 3 Tenderizer Intelligence cards: First Aid(a must); lvl 3 Nerd rage; lvl 3 Stabilized; lvl 5 Demolition Expert(optional, depends on ur gun effects); lvl 2 Batteries Included(optional, I use the gatling plasma, its OP NOW) Agility cards: lvl 3 Action Boy; lvl 3 Gun Fu; lvl 5 Adrenaline; lvl 3 Dodgy Luck cards: lvl 3 Bloody Mess; lvl 3 Better Criticals; Serendipity; Ricochet; lvl 3 Class Freak; lvl 3 Critical Savvy; Junk Shield(you need to have 100 junk items in your inventory. like 100 rubber for example. pick a junk item that weighs the least) Mutations: Adrenal Reaction, Chameleon, Eagle Eyes, Egg Head, Herbivore, Herd Mentality, Marusupial, Scaly Skin, Speed Demon For drugs I use either Overdrive or Psychotats. Food use Blight Soup. Thats all 😁

Bad build, it took every bit of a challenge in this game for me. Plasma Caster + full heavy/energy build Bloodied/Unyelding (w/out Nerd) + a bit of stealth - one shot almost everything, lowest number I've seen - 500

energy perks don’t even give damage boosts for heavy energy weapons lol

Ammo Factory, Iron Clad, Barbarian, Hard Bargain, Cap Collector, Super Duper, Psychopath. All these aren't necessary. Instead of putting gunsmith, make your luck 15. I'm sure this build didn't reach 33 Luck for it to crit every other shot. Take care out there in the wasteland.

My only problem are mods are almost impossible to get and players are selling them for 30k caps
