This computer is BEAUTIFUL. I like the white bezels for that “bright optimistic” feel. I totally understand wanting that bold saturated color from the back to be on the front, cause it’s such a striking color, but I believe they use a lighter pastel tone on the front because if the front is too vibrant, it can mess with how your eyes actually perceive colors on the screen. Which, if you’re doing any kind of graphic work on these… would not be ideal. Good video!

I bought a 27” iMac in 2014, which I still use daily. Have to say I was shocked when I had a hdd failure 2 years ago; I’ve used Apple all my life & they’re near-indestructible in my experience. My 2014 is pristine so I simply replaced the hdd. Very tempted however to get a 2021 & use the ‘14 for mostly music/importing vinyl etc. I mean, your iMac is so damn nice!

they look so clean. love the new imacs. i have the last intel imac for bootbamp gaming and the m1 pro macbook pro for music apps. totally deleted mac os partition from the imac so it only runs windows.cant beat the hardware and 5k display. congrats on the new setup. your studio monitors are a nice touch!

Why would you pay that much when you can get a much better system for half the money. In fact, you can have a custom-built to your needs that would outdo the mac in every way for much less. just for the screen price alone, you could have a huge curved monitor with two side screens in any colour you wanted and some change.
