Maiya is very good in front of the camera, a skill many don't have. Top job presenting a wonderful site!

1:22: maybe a kind of Ossarium: to get bones an fragments of earlier burries nearer to a saints shrine or altar. Exiting stuff! Greetings from Switzerland.

You won't regret it. It is a tangibly spiritual place. I always feel a deep sense of loss when I have to leave.

at what point does it stop being acceptable to dig up people's remains? pre 1900 graves ok to excavate, post 1900 not ok? and why have people who were buried before the acceptable date lost their right to sanctity and inviolability?

When the king's beautiful and beloved daughter died, it was customary in ancient times to bury her grave with marble stones .🤔🤔

Thanks so much for this update! This is so seriously awesome. Love the bone comb. Can’t wait to see updates from the finds room And the kiln is so so cool. Especially that they have some of the last firing still in there. You guys are doing awesome work!

Would the tiny comb be used to hold someone's hair in place? Please keep us updated!

That chest burial could be superstition, locking the body inside. Seems abit cheap to be high status.
