What are these black wheels. 21s? In the US, the black wheels are 22s only.

My new 2024 X5 Xdrive 40i arrives at my dealer in 10 days - 2 weeks. It IS an M Sport in Skyscraper Grey Metallic, but as much as I love the Cognac color, I just didn't think it went well enough with the grey, so I stuck with "tried & true" black. REALLY a sharp vehicle. I'm looking forward to it.

Enjoy it. …For the week or two before it’s stolen. The key free system on bmw is weak, made even weaker by the need to connect to - of all things - a cheapo watch! Expect used values to crash after the early adopters realise there are so many faults. A more solid, reliable, less stealable car is a fully loaded Volvo xc60 or xc90. Salesmen are salesmen - they are there to sell. You’ve been warned… it’s a great car at £70k. Leaves enough to repair the front bumper (£4000) and update the intake grills x4 with the 2026 correction. Next MY has protection in front of the cheapo plastic.

Disappointed in US for not having these wheels options in black. Also it has lost a lot of options from pre gen. No Fog lights, less ambient light, no Air suspension on the 40i, rear doors lost keyless go feature, Dual Rear A/C now a charge. Gave more power took many away.

We painted the wheels black as per the customer's request. 40i can get air suspension in the M Sport Pro Package. More ambient light colour choices and there is still just as much ambient light

Front plastic air intake grills are a design fault - road stones are smashing them to bits. No A/C buttons etc. In fact everything buried in electric iPad. £2,300 to replace integrated front bumper. Alloy design 100% stolen from Ford Focus RS. Expensive. Very expensive. £100k Plus. Horrific insurance costs too. Sure, a “Looker “ but a bad deal with several serious issues.

thank you for watching! I see where you're coming from, I felt the same way when I went to iDrive8 but after living with it for a while, all my worries have vanished, the cars still drive amazing and everything works well despite not having physical buttons for everything
