Hey Allen, In the US those winter tires are not available on the BMW website. In canada was this ordered via the BMW website or were these swapped out for a tire available on the BMW website? Beautiful car

This is a set from our OEM Winter Tire Package Catalogue. This isn't something the car can come with from factory but can be purchased at the dealer level.

with what equipment do you get this glossy black plastic on the driver's door, where are the controls for raising the windows?

That is one cheap plastic interior. Car will not sell as well as the outgoing model which is a far,far higher quality and better engineered car.
