That Opa is a good one. Mike, if you haven’t heard of or listened to the jazz dispensary Alpha “Round Robin Monopoly” you would dig it big time. Highly recommended and right up your alley.

Great record store, whish i had one like this in my country tom buy records, normally only new releases at 25€ and ordered them from Ebay when cheap , from Discogs i only buy older LP´s i had not bought but dowloaded it from the internet and burned some CD-RW ,now that they are being sold for a litle more than 2€ i even buy 5 or 6 cds from 6 to 6 monthes ,as there are titles i really liked

the Box of Velvet Underground is for the ones who love this band an excelent purchase but maybe it costs a lot, at least normally they do when released, i´ve bought a box from Miles Davis but after some years of being released for 30€ , the Kitchen Sessions a three Lp box with a nice book inside with studio photos ,not sure but i think they are from the time of the release of Birth of Coll a great Miles Davis album conducted by Gil Evans and with colaborations from John Coltrane amongst others that were from Charlie Parkers band, the Bird. I have the original release of the maxi-single of New Order´s Bizarre Love Triangle, similar cover. Lot´s of new Jazz Lp´s some never released others are known but this new editions have the sound improved as in early 60´s or earlier they only had access the poorest studio´s has they were not considered Men , not even today but a less % of what it used to be in the 70´s and mostly in south regions and i don´t agree about consider the confederate flag a Racist symbol as there are southern bands that have it as a symbol of being from the South but grew up amongst black family´s and deeply influenced by the coloured musicians ,one is the first album and second from Lynnerd Skinerd as said on the first album cover , a traghic accident killed most of the menbers of this band after recording the second album after maybe `*TILL TODAY ONE OF THE THREE GUITAR PLAYERS WAS THE SURVIVOR OF THE PLANE CRASH AND CONTINUED To release lp´s from this band, sorry for the caps lock it activates alone in a chinese wireless keyboard i bought for 3€ some 5 years ago

@ That wasn’t the point but black friday is the biggest sale day of the year and it’s a way to reward all your customers so 10 percent is a little thin. I’m a huge fan of Mikes I watch his posts every week it wasn’t personal.

@@robertbyington7715 Record stores are operating on increasingly thinner margins these days, especially as record labels are doing more direct sales to customers. The labels are making it more difficult for the stores to survive, as they would rather reap all of the profit themselves. 10% off is probably the best Mike can do.

@@ChristopherB72 The 2017 was big but maybe not that big. But all of these U2 reissues are remastered by Bellman and Sedillo at Bernie Grundman. The dynamics on this ones 2017 reissues have been restored and away from the original brick walling they had originally in 2004.
