for the cooldown redcue from blur, you can get around it by just getting chakra magic, solves manan problems and most the skills are low cooldown as it is, so the CDR from chakra solves that too

When I play LOD I set up my talents to be level 10-25 and 27-30. Obviously I could pick the stronger talent but I personally think that's wiener behaviour. I chose the weaker of my talents at ever level, very much intentionally.

@@Baumi it's not about simple vs complicated. Access to green makes game far more enjoyable and less frustrating for red decks - as far as I understand, you trying to build it cheap on the budget scale. I played a lot vs Lathliss and even helped to build one for one of players in my group. And it suffices a lot from having not enough ramp, while we weren't as constraint on the budget and used Mana Crypt, Urza's Incubator and Gauntlet of Might, it still suffers a lot, requiring multiple mulligans almost each game due to lack of ramp. Card draw and tutor effects are so strict and taxing in red - it almost seems "suffering", especially considering prices on something like Wheel of Fortune.
